In our fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the minutiae of daily life.

We become so focused on the smaller details that we lose sight of the bigger picture. It's like standing too close to a painting and only seeing individual brushstrokes instead of appreciating the masterpiece as a whole.

But what if we could adopt an eagle's view, soaring above and taking in the grandeur of it all? Having an eagle's outlook means having a positive perspective and being able to see beyond the immediate challenges or setbacks.

It allows us to focus on what truly matters and make decisions that align with our long-term goals.

I love that idea of having an eagle' view to help me keep a positive perspective.

I have to be honest, this has been a challenge lately. Physical pain, lack of energy due to health stuff, and not to mention all the chaos we see going on in our world right now.

All these things can drain our focus, joy and optimism.

But, when we embrace the eagle's view, we gain clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.

We are able to prioritize our time and energy on what truly matters, rather than getting lost in trivialities or things we can do nothing about.

This broader perspective enables us to make better choices, seize opportunities, and navigate through any obstacles that come our way.

So let us strive for an eagle's view - one that embraces positivity, focuses on the bigger picture, and allows us to soar above the noise. By doing so, we can achieve greater success, fulfillment, and happiness in both our personal and professional lives.

(I know, it can be easier said than done but we have to start somewhere.)

Take time to step back and look at the bigger picture. Spending time with family, friends and enjoying things that are important to us.

Slow down and rest. Allow yourself to revive physically, mentally and spiritually. This will enable you refocus and have the eagle's view.

I confess I'm preaching to myself here. I'm not there yet, but I'm working on it!

Have a great week,
