Returns Policy
I have never had an artwork returned to me, but when buying from the Internet sometimes the colours can vary on different computers. I constantly receive feedback from galleries and collectors alike, that the paintings are even better in real life, but as an assurance to my buyers I have a Return & Refund policy in place.
All artworks come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee from the time you receive the artwork. Buyer must cover the return shipping costs including customs fees if they apply.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any artwork you purchase please let me know asap and the reason for your return. I will be happy to assist you.

Shipping includes basic insurance.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS please read
Shipping and handling are calculated at checkout and is based on the size of the package.
Important:
In the case of shipping the large size artworks outside of AUSTRALIA, they will be removed from the stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a tube. This saves on high freight and customs costs, but also prevents damage to a large artwork during air shipment.

NB: The painting would need to be re-stretched by a framer, the costs of which must be covered by the buyer once they receive the artwork.
​
Also, I remove glass from framed works for overseas shipping due to cost and risk of damage to the artwork if the glass breaks.
